On-call Labor & Birth Support:
Dependent on restrictions at the birthing location: includes 24/7 on-call virtual labor support (emotional support, tips for partner, normalizing, helping decide when to go to the birth location, assisting with advocacy).
Postpartum Visit:
Virtual visit about 3-10 days postpartum to reflect on the birth experience, answer questions, and provide referrals.
Birth Planning:
If you are not looking for doula support during labor, but you still want to review your options and preferences with a non-biased birth professional.
Transfer Planning:
Walking through a typical home-to-hospital transfer and the options available at local hospitals.
Postpartum Planning:
Creating a plan for how you will care for yourselves while also caring for a new little person, includes baby feeding and sleep planning.
Back to Work Planning:
Discussing childcare logistics and creating a pumping plan, setting up and using your pump, packing your pump bag tips for pumping at work.
Our ideal client likes information and loves to laugh. We love working with all types of families and have experience supporting: single parents, LGBTQIA+ families, plus size birthers (we believe in health at every size HAES), pregnancy after loss.
