Birth Doula Support Package
Includes:
This is our signature offering. You choose the team model or a solo doula. We love offering the benefit of team support - two perspectives, a well rounded team to hold you through this experience, and continuity of care (the doula or doulas attending your labor both know you). For families who want a more intimate experience, a solo doula might be the best option for you.
2 - 3 Prenatal Visits:
Get to know one another, present evidence-based information, review your goals, desires, questions, and concerns, birth planning, and postpartum preparation
Support (via phone, text, and email):
Unlimited text, phone, and email support throughout pregnancy until 6 weeks postpartum
Labor and Birth Support:
We are with you (at home and/or the birth location) from the moment you request support until 1-2 hours after baby’s birth
Postpartum Visit:
In-home visit about 3-10 days postpartum to reflect on the birth experience, answer questions, and provide referrals
$600 due at signing of agreement
Balance due by 37 weeks gestation

Home Birth Preference/Transfer Planning
1-2 hour private consultation to help select a hospital, review hospital protocols, and outline preferences should the desire or need for a transfer of care arise.
Labor Prep Boot Camp
1-2 hour partner-focused support tips and position practicing.
Postpartum Planning
Make plans for how to feed yourselves and your infant, how to sleep, and how to run the household.
Back-to-work Planning
Discussing child care logistics, creating a pumping plan (for nursing families), setting up and using a pump, planning supplies to have on hand for work.

Four 4-hour daytime visits for baby’s first month | $575
A postpartum doula is an extra pair of hands during the fourth trimester to help facilitate a smooth adjustment during this tender time. This might look like in-home education on newborn care and cues, assisting with light household chores, holding baby so you can take a shower, overnight care to help you get some extra sleep, or simply reassurance that you’re doing it right.

Are you a planner? We get it. Preparation for what to expect can reduce anxiety and fear of the unknown. Knowledge is power.
Are you an introvert and bristling at the thought of doing an ice breaker in a room full of people? Since we believe in individualized support, we understand that group or hospital based classes might not be the best fit for everyone.
Super busy? Maybe you know all of the things about the stages of labor, but want to dive into positions to help you progress and cope? Let’s customize this for you and do it your way.
Childbirth Education | $300
In home or virtual private childbirth class for one family, custom curriculum, 3-6 hours.

Your placenta will be prepared, steamed, dehydrated, and encapsulated following the Traditional Chinese Method.
Placenta services all include pick-up of your placenta from your birth location and drop-off of the product at your home.

The placenta contains your own natural hormones (progesterone, estrogen, prolactin, oxytocin, and cortisol) and other nutrients (iron, protein, minerals).
